TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DELIVERY – RETURNS
Here are the Terms and conditions for the purchase of goods from ForeverMade.
Please check your order carefully before submitting, as we are unable to apply any discount codes. Also we cann not add/remove products from your order after it has been submitted.
You can order as a guest, create an account, or log in to your existing account, to place an order at ForeverMade.co.uk
An acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Goods are supplied on a firm sale basis and not sale or return. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below Description and Price of Goods).
Under some circumstances we may cancel the contract without notice or compensation. Such circumstances would include: strikes, lockouts and other forms of industrial action or dispute, fire, flood, drought, weather conditions, war, civil disturbance, act of God or any other cause beyond our control making it impossible for us to fulfil the contract.
A minimum order amount of £20.00 is required.
DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF GOODS
The description and price of the products you order will be as shown on the ForeverMade website at the time you place your order.
The products are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, ForeverMade will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made on line with a credit/debit card.
Information is collected to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
ForeverMade will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless ForeverMade are negligent, they will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
ForeverMade will not share information about you with any other organisation.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: name, address, phone number and email address. We do not collect your credit/debit card details. If you use a credit card to purchase from us the credit card details are handled separately by a payment partner such as Stripe.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We use website log files to track and report on the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This site also uses a “cookie” which we store on your browser. You can modify your browser settings to prevent this happening but this site will not perform correctly without it.
All standard details of risk and title, and limitation of liability apply. These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to Scottish law and the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
UK Delivery only.
Delivery will be charged dependent on weight. Delivery charges are shown in the shopping basket and checkout at the time of making the order. Charges vary according to destination and weight of goods ordered. Orders will be dispatched within 10-14 working days (due to the design process) by Royal Mail.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail recorded service. If you have not received your order within 21 working days (Royal Mail’s policy – http://www.royalmail.com/personal/help-and-support/available-compensation-for-lost-items), please contact your neighbours or local Royal Mail sorting office, in the first instance, to see if a parcel is waiting for collection, as sometimes they forget to leave a card.
If the parcel is not there, then please contact us. Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay delivery of your order (e.g. high quantity of orders – especially on the run up to Christmas, hazardous weather, or postal strikes) we do ask for your patience.
No Liability is accepted for delay in dispatch or delivery.
Deliveries can be delayed on occasions, we do ask for your patience.
ForeverMade will be happy to refund or replace any goods which are faulty or arrive damaged. You must inform us by telephone within 48 hours of delivery, and confirmed within seven days of delivery, or no claim can be accepted.
You will be asked to complete a Faulty Goods Form and to return the faulty/damaged goods to 4 Offwell Close, Redditch, B98 0FJ. ForeverMade will refund the postage on any faulty/damaged goods (up to and including a 2nd class recorded service).
Refunds can be issued when the completed form and faulty/damaged goods are received.
It can take 28 days during busy times from the date of receipt.
