ForeverMade will be happy to refund or replace any goods which are faulty or arrive damaged.
You must inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the faulty/damaged goods, if your intention is to return the items.
You will be asked to complete a Faulty Goods Form and to return the faulty/damaged goods to:

ForeverMade will refund the postage on any faulty/damaged goods (up to and including a 2nd class recorded service).
ForeverMade will only issue the refund once the completed form and faulty/damaged goods have been received.
During busy times, it can take up to 28 days from the date of receipt.
